Since March, we’ve all been hit hard from the pandemic. We wanted to shed a little positivity in a time where it can be easy to lose sight of the good things. Back in April, we launched the Corona Cleanup, a pledge to pick up 1 pound of trash from our parks, trails and outdoor spaces, for every item that we sell. Since we began, we’ve pledged to pick up over 1,500 pounds of trash. Y’all are keeping us busy for sure.

We want to highlight Lake Rebecca Park in Hastings, MN. We cleaned it up back in late November and it was really in need of a facelift. We removed 62 pounds of trash from the parking lot and the surrounding shoreline and lake. Anything from cigarette butts to moldy carpet to an old cushion were removed. The park is used for fishing, hiking, kayaking, wildlife viewing, and enjoying nature so it sees quite a bit of traffic. However, it is also occupied by many different types of wildlife. Great blue herons are constantly wading near the lakeshore, bald eagles are flying over head, and pollinators are out and about in the summertime. With all the trash laying around, it puts these species at risk.

62 items bought by y’all enabled us to get out and clean up this park. Thank you so much! We couldn’t do what we do without your support and we are having an absolute blast curating the best possible clothing inspired by our favorite place on Earth. We will continue to update you guys on our cleanup efforts!
Happy Exploring!
